Microsoft Office Word 2007 で謎の通信

word 2007 を起動後、右クリックするとHTTP POSTで
office.microsoft.com
と通信している。
どうもライセンス認証またはSharePoint関連のやりとりをしている模様だが詳細不明。
　・Excel2007では通信は発生しない
　・Word2007ライセンス認証手続き済みなのは確認

通信は停止できないのか？
ちなみに下記のような通信。
